JACK & SUZY WELCH

Clients Jack and Suzy Welch are global business thought leaders and motivating speakers that have written some of the most influential business books ("Winning"- #1 Best Selling Business Book) and motivational self help books ("10-10-10"), as well as a successful MBA Program, the Welch Way management training website and are in constant demand for their knowledge of the global economy on HSN, MSNBC and Fox News. Imagine Nation first met the Welches at their home in Boston, where we taught the basics of social media and specifically Twitter to Jack and Suzy-who quickly embraced the new technology and discovered new ways to leverage their followings and new ways to connect with their fans. They loved what they learned so much, that they even wrote an article in BUSINESS WEEK , aptly titled "Why We Tweet"...and you can't have a better testimonial about what we can do to help your business than this article (don't sleep-a must read!). Imagine Nation also helped Jack establish his MBA program (currently through Strayer University) into the social media world-engaging the most relevant and interested users using only social media technology.  Jack and Suzy continue to be leaders amongst world leaders in the world of management and business and are helping the world to become a better managed place with their knowledge. Follow Jack @Jack_Welch @SuzyWelch on Twitter.

SHEILA E.

ImagineNation currently guides the social media, marketing and promotional strategies for author, activist, actress, and music artist  SHEILA E. She began her career in the mid 1970s as a percussionist and singer for The George Duke Band. After leaving the group in 1983, Sheila began a successful solo career, starting with her critically acclaimed debut album, which included the career-defining song with Prince, "The Glamorous Life". She became a mainstream solo star in 1985 following the success of the singles, "The Belle of St. Mark", "Sister Fate", and "A Love Bizarre" with the latter becoming one of her signature songs. She was the musical director for Prince's SIGN O THE TIMES tour and film (recently reissued via Showtime) and was one of Prince's closest allies in music till his untimely passing. She is commonly referred to as The Queen of Percussion.

Sheila is currently on tour in support of her album ICONIC, and readying new single "Pusherman" (the iconic Curtis Mayfield song) which addresses the current opioid epidemic for release, as well as rehearsals for upcoming SUPER BOWL 2018 concert events in Minneapolis with former Prince associates The Time, Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis, The Revolution, and the NPG.

LOUISE GOFFIN

ImagineNation provides consultation, artistic direction, and social media/marketing and promotional strategy for singer songwriter LOUISE GOFFIN.

Born in Brooklyn and raised in LA’s Laurel Canyon during its music halcyon days, Louise Goffin's career in music has ranged from singer-songwriter, recording artist, multi-instrumentalist, record producer, and has been known to tour as a hired gun for other artists. She made her start releasing her debut album when she was 19, and went on to release eight major label solo albums over her career. Louise now makes her music available on her own independent label, Majority of One. Her latest single, "Revenge" (a collaboration with North Carolina musician Skylar Gudasz) was released Oct. 2017. Her previous record was The Essential Louise Goffin Vol 1 - released in 2016. Louise both wrote songs for and produced an album for Carole King (on Concord) that was Grammy Nominated in 2011.

2017 found Louise with more than couple dozen recent tracks in the can. Plans are to put these songs out as part of a digital singles series to release one song and video at a time at six- to eight-week intervals. Her most recent singles "Let Me In Again" and "New Years Day" dropped in December via The Orchard. Watch for forthcoming singles with Rufus Wainwright (duet on 'Chinatown') and Chris Difford (Squeeze co writer-"Paris France").

Louise has worked with some amazing guest musicians, including Rufus Wainwright, Chris Difford (Squeeze), keyboardist Benmont Tench (Tom Petty), drummer Pete Thomas (Elvis Costello), guitarist Ben Peeler (Shelby Lynne), and award-winning musician Billy Harvey, who have contributed to her latest sessions. She toured with Tears for Fears, played with Donovan, Bryan Ferry (of Roxy Music), has Stevie Nicks, Don Henley and JD Souther singing on her first album, & has had her songs championed by David Gilmore, Linda Ronstadst, and Michael MacDonald.

Some other fun facts: she was the youngest artist to appear on the soundtrack the Cameron Crowe high school classic Fast Times At Ridgemont High. Her songs have been recorded by the likes of Paul Thorn, Shawn Colvin, Terry Reid, and her mother, Carole King. Goffin also dueted with her mom on the theme song for the hit TV show Gilmore Girls.

Her recordings have appeared on film and television shows, most recently Gilmore Girls, Bad Santa2, Carrie Pilby, and Girlfriends' Guide To Divorce.

JOHN FOGERTY

Rock legend and Roll and Roll Hall of Famer JOHN FOGERTY is one of America's true singer/songwriting legends. Fogerty  is an American musician, songwriter, and guitarist, best known for his time with the swamp rock/roots rock band Creedence Clearwater Revival (CCR) and as a solo recording artist.[1] Fogerty has a rare distinction of being named on Rolling Stone magazine's list of 100 Greatest Guitarists at No. 40 and the list of 100 Greatest Singers at No. 72. The songs "Proud Mary" and "Born on the Bayou" also rank amongst the Greatest Pop songs ("Proud Mary," #41) and Guitar songs ("Born on the Bayou," #53). Greg Lee worked closely with Fogerty while at Warner Brothers Records during John's return to recording ("Old Man Down The Road", "Centerfield" etc.) and consulted, designed and managed Social Media and Marketing/Promotion strategies for Little Swamp Music and John Fogerty's 'Blue Ridge Rangers Rides Again' album/world tour, and 'Centerfield' 25th Anniversary album/tour, and was known to Fogerty fans via JohnFogerty.com's community fan boards as 'Bayou Lover'. Imagine Nation also partnered with BONES TV Producer Hart Hanson to prepromote his new Fox TV show THE FINDER (Fogerty did theme song) using social media to drive traffic to the show's website and tune in (program debut) where we offered a free limited time offer of a free mp3 download of the Fogerty penned theme (to date, unavailable anywhere other than our promotion). Fans went crazy, several million downloads and impressions later- the show was a hit for the network and Hanson. Another case where Imagine Nation leverages your content, makes big impressions, and creates great organic word of mouth for you.

Jill Kargman

Jill Kargman is deathly afraid of clowns. And mimes. Wait, mimes are worse. She lives in New York City where she writes magazine articles and trashy novels and enjoys wrap sandwiches. She is the author of teen books Bittersweet Sixteen, Summer Intern, and Jet Set, plus some excellent grown-up books. And by grown-up books she doesn't mean porn; she means not young adult but plain old adult. Her articles have appeared in Vogue, Teen Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, Town & Country, Travel + Leisure, Elle, Elle Décor, and a bunch of British magazines you've never seen. She went to Yale where she did not study writing and has three children who keep her young. And exhausted. Imagine Nation helped client JILL KARGMAN on two of her best selling books ("Sometimes I Feel Like A Nut" and "The Rock Star In Seat 3A"-both via Harper Collins) designing social media marketing and strategy to best reach targeted readers and those most interested in Jill's books. Every rock star has their fans, and Jill is no different. For 'Rock Star' we engaged music industry female influencers and tastemakers with advance galley's of the book months in advance to spread WoM at record labels, talent agencies, and video music channels..all culminating in a NY Times Bestseller (same for 'Nut"). Jill is currently having a blast on the Upper East Side in NY and planning her next attack on the book world.

HOLLYWOOD REPORTER: AUG. 2014
'Jill Kargman to Star in BRAVO NETWORK

Scripted Comedy Satire Series (Exclusive)

The series pickup for "Odd Mom Out" marks the second original scripted series -- and first half-hour entry -- at the cable network.

Bravo is continuing its push into original scripted programming.

The NBCUniversal-owned cable network has given the green light to Odd Mom Out, an original comedy series starring author/fashionista Jill Kargman, The Hollywood Reporter has learned. The single-camera series is expected to be included in Bravo's upfront presentation announcement Tuesday morning.

The series hails from Left/Right (Mob Wives) with co-presidents Ken Druckerman and Banks Tarver on board to executive produce alongside Kargman and Piro Vision's Tim Piper and Daniel Rosenberg.

Odd Mom Out is based on Kargman's life and captures the outrageous world of uber-wealthy "momzillas" of New York's Upper East Side. Kargman will star and play a version of herself negating a world that has become so elite, hip and trendy that she's now the odd mom out. The comedy is based on her novel Momzillas (Doubleday/Broadway), which was published in 2007. A premiere date as well as exact episode count have not yet been determined.

"When incredibly talented author and New York socialite Jill Kargman stomped her way into our offices we knew we had found Bravo's very own Lena Dunham or Louis C.K.," said Lara Spotts, senior vp development at Bravo. "Jill's unique ability to satirize the very exclusive, ridiculously competitive and highly entertaining world of Manhattan's momzillas makes Odd Mom Out the perfect series to expand Bravo's slate of scripted programming."

For her part, Kargman is a best-selling author whose works include The Ex-Mrs. Hedgefund, Arm Candy and The Rock Star in Seat 3A. Kargman and writing partner Carrie Karasyov co-wrote the 2000 Sundance film Intern. Their novel Wolves in Chic Clothing has been optioned. On the freelance side, Kargman has written episdoes of MTV's Ultrasound and So Five Minutes Ago. She's written magazine articles for Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, Interview and more.

Odd Mom Out becomes Bravo's second original scripted drama series and first half-hour series. The cable network in February handed out a series order to Marti Noxon's (Buffy the Vampire Slayer) Girlfriends' Guide to Divorce, starring House's Lisa Edelstein. The cabler picked up 13 episodes of the hourlong dramedy set to bow in 2015. Based on the book series by Vicki Iovine, Girlfriends was originally developed for Showtime as a half-hour series.
